As Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Mr. Salvaggio is responsible for managing and developing adequate risk management and pricing strategies for Tempus Consulting’s wide ranging client base.

After graduating from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance in 1991, Mr. Salvaggio has developed his career with Union Bank of Switzerland, the Engelhard Corporation, as Chief Trader at Ruesch International and previously at Goldman Sachs before joining Tempus. He is sought out as an expert in foreign currency markets.

Andrew Woelfin is the Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Strategic Officer for Tempus

Mr. Woelflein has 18 years of financial services industry experience in compliance, sales, product management, business development and marketing.  He is currently the Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Strategic Officer for Tempus Consulting, Inc. a leading provider of foreign exchange (FX) and cross border payments for small to mid-sized U.S, and U.K. businesses. 

In this capacity he has responsibility for the firms Compliance program including BSA, KYC and AML policies and procedures in addition to a 23 state licensing program.  In his capacity as Chief Strategic Officer, he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s strategic planning.
